Being an Ace Comp Pilot (ACP) is unlike anything I've ever imagined...
The quizzical look I get when I announce to complete strangers my ACP status is surprising, but I shouldn't be surprised...few people know what it is that I'm talking about, especially in the checkout line at Safeway. But, they're catching on...for instance, last week the checkout lady, Cindy, said "Oh, it's you again..." Then promptly called her manager so he could talk to me about my Ace Comp Pilot status...He seemed pretty interested as well as the local police who were called in later prior to me paying for my groceries.
