Sunday was a bit smoother than the previous day. I was second to launch after Enzo. The lift band was just as fat as Saturday and it was nice to fly in such cool air. I saw Gerry Pezavento in the air after my first return from Westlake. I had to land, though, as I thought my glider was collecting water on the leading edge...it felt sluggish in the air. After I landed, there was no water on my glider to be concerned about, so must have simply been some textured air.
Gerry and I then relaunched and headed on back to Westlake for some more flying...I stayed up for another two hours, then landed. A great day...lots of my buds are having great flights in the Owens this weekend, too.
